Lady White Snake opens with a sharp, mature tuberose and jasmine that unfortunately does not soften into anything warm or creamy enough on my skin to win me over. White florals over a musky vanilla base - I must say that the vanilla base is lovely but it arrives too late and too quietly to save the experience.
Dries van Noten - Raving Rose Review based on the use of a sample: I first smelt this on paper and was completely obsessed. However, when I tried it on skin it shifted to more of a sharp and direct rose. It was almost essential oil like and lacked the warmth and softness I got when smelling it on paper.
