This is my signature scent for F/W - just doesn't work in hot, sticky heat - and it's truly magnificent. Anyone calling this animalic is mistaken (try Chanel's Le Lion, I beg of you), this is all sweet balsamic amber (benzoin, ambergris) intertwined with spiced peach and the barest hint of floral. I'll be darned if there's not tonka in the amber or benzoin. Gourmand without being a vanilla cupcake monstrosity. On Fragrantica I described this as powerful without being overbearing. It pulsates authoritative, calming warmth. It lasts roughly 8-hrs on me and radiates a respectable amount. Nothing offensive for public transport or the office but enough sillage to make the price point worth it. Unisex leaning feminine. The related fragrance is Diadem which, despite the name, leans far more masculine with lavender instead of peach. Updated on 11/30/2025

This is mouth watering, literally, I want to lick this off someone. This is hardcore. This is Kim Basinger in 9 1/2 weeks. Sharon Stone in Basic Instinct. This is dominant. This is Viagra. Today I want to truly advocate for this exceptionally beautiful fragrance. At first, the spices are present in an interestingly captivating way along with the vanilla and amber, then it becomes softer, much softer. I can't pick out the patchouli; it seems to be cleverly wrapped up. The scent has an incredibly good presence; it clings to you in a positive way, and even the next morning, traces of its aura remain on my skin, which smells fantastically good. For me, it's a very erotic, seductive charmer. Inhale deeply on warm skin - beware, now you are powerless against everything that comes next. The sweet poison takes hold. For me, it has no artificial aftertaste, but rather a very clear expressiveness of wonderfully noble ingredients. Somehow slightly smoky, a tiny bit floral with minimal delicate fruitiness. A very successful composition. I like the bottle in the shape of the blue "cube"; its price for 50 ml at around 270 euros is quite hefty, but worth every spray. A spray of this treasure lasts a day and a seductive night long. Whoever wears it remains particularly memorable and captivates their surroundings. I am very pleased that it has found a place with me. The fragrances of this brand are very selective, and I gladly give my recommendation for this one.
