Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds for the remaining days, but no surprise charges either.
Is there a refund policy?
Absolutely. If you are not satisfied, yearly subscribers can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Monthly subscribers have a 7-day refund window. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes! You can purchase a 1-year subscription as a gift for another user. The recipient will receive an email notification with instructions to activate their subscription. Gifts can be Standard or Select tier.
What payment methods do you accept?
